Joel Dommett to present new ITV2 show from isolation

ITV2 announces a new Sunday night show hosted by Joel Dommett direct from his home during the coronavirus lockdown.

ITV2 have announced a new fast turnaround show to be hosted by Joel Dommett direct from his home during the coronavirus lockdown.

The series, Home Alone with Joel Dommett, will air on Sunday nights and promises to be an "anarchic show providing the perfect antidote to being stuck indoors".

The programme will include celebrity call-ins, comedy interviews and games with self-isolating viewers, as well as contributions from his wife Hannah.

"I'm so excited to try and cheer up the nation in this extraordinary time from my own home," said Dommett.

"I have limited resources - a camera, the internet and my wife. We could either make porn, or a show for ITV2. We decided on the latter - although both would make people laugh."

Home Alone with Joel Dommett begins Sunday, April 19 at 10pm on ITV2.
