Marouane Fellaini promises to resolve Manchester United future "soon"

Marouane Fellaini breaks his silence on rumours linking him with a move away from Manchester United, vowing to make a decision on his future "soon".

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has suggested that he is close to making a decision over his future after entering the final week of his existing deal.

The Belgium international, currently in Russia on World Cup duty, officially becomes a free agent from the beginning of July.

Despite United boss Jose Mourinho stating towards the end of last season that he is confident of keeping Fellaini in place for at least another year, the 30-year-old appears destined to move on after rejecting the Red Devils' latest contract offer.

Amid rumoured interest from AC Milan, Arsenal and clubs from Turkey and China, the former Everton ace has now broken his silence.

Asked for an update on his contract situation, Fellaini is quoted by the Manchester Evening News as saying: "You will know soon."

Fellaini has featured for a combined 31 minutes in Belgium's opening two World Cup matches, with England next up for the Red Devils on Thursday evening.
