Manchester United 'torn over Paul Pogba future'

Manchester United are reportedly yet to make a decision over the future of midfielder Paul Pogba.

With the France international having already expressed a desire to leave Old Trafford, speculation persists regarding an eventual exit.

As Real Madrid and Juventus allegedly contemplate bids for the World Cup winner, United are aware that discussions must be held regarding whether to cash in on the 26-year-old.

However, according to the Evening Standard, club officials are torn over whether to part ways with Pogba, who would cost in excess of £100m.

Important figures behind the scenes feel that none of their rivals can afford to meet their valuation, or are prepared to accept the player's wage demands.

Pogba has a contract with United until 2021, which will be extended by a further year should the Premier League giants not be open to a sale in the summer.
