Lyon striker Moussa Dembele is open to joining Manchester United during this summer's transfer window, according to a report.

Lyon striker Moussa Dembele is reportedly interested in joining Manchester United this summer.

The Red Devils are believed to have identified the 23-year-old as a leading transfer target ahead of the 2020-21 campaign as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to improve his options in the final third of the field.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Dembele 'would find it hard to reject' a switch to Old Trafford should an offer arrive during this summer's transfer window.

The report claims that Lyon and United are not currently in contact over a deal, although the 20-time English champions are considering the centre-forward as a possible arrival.

Dembele, who is also believed to be interesting both Chelsea and Arsenal, has scored 22 times in 42 appearances for his French club during the 2019-20 campaign.

The former France Under-21 international represented Fulham before joining Celtic, where he scored 51 times in 94 outings ahead of a move to Groupama Stadium.
